PRE CHECK-IN CONCIERGE SERVICE
You agree and undertake that the relevant hotel shall be solely liable pertaining
to your usage of our Pre Check-in Concierge (PCC) Service and that RoomSuggestion
shall not be held liable in any way if and when the hotel does not respond to or
fails to fulfill your requests.
TRAVEL DESTINATIONS
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed
without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others.
Roomsuggestion urges passengers to investigate and review travel prohibitions, warnings,
announcements by the destination country government prior to booking travel to international
destinations.
By listing information relevant to travel to particular international destinations,
Roomsuggestion does not represent or warrant that travel to such points is advisable
or without risk, and is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel
to such destinations.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

to Turkish law and Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

neşretmesi ve icra etmesi, ve (b) söz konusu Yazı ile bağlantılı olarak sunmuş olduğunuz
ismi kullanması; Takdir hakkı kendisine ait olmak üzere, Roomsuggestion’ın yorumlarınıza
ve değerlendirmelerinize atıfta bulunabileceğini kabul etmektesiniz.
Yazıların gizli veya tescilli nitelikte olmadığını kabul beyan ve taahhüt etmektesiniz.
Roomsuggestion bu Web Sitesinde yer alan veya Web sitesinde yayınlanan kullanıcı
mesajlarını herhangi bir bülten tahtaları, sohbet odaları veya diğer iletişim forumlarıyla
düzenleyemez ve denetleyemez ve bu Kullanıcı Mesajlarından hiçbir şekilde sorumlu
olmayacaktır. Roomsuggestion herhangi bir kullanıcı mesajını ve/veya Web Sitesi

kod veya diğer bir materyal ("İçerik");
2) Sanal Topluluklara açıkça saldırı niteliği taşıyan, ırkçılığı, bağnazlığı, nefreti
veya herhangi bir grup veya kişiye karşı herhangi bir fiziksel şiddeti teşvik edici
içerik;
3) Ceza gerektiren bir suçu teşkil veya teşvik edecek veya buna ilişkin talimatları
içerecek, tehdit yahut iftira teşkil edecek veya bir tarafın haklarını ihlal edecek
olan veya diğer şekillerde bir mali yükümlülük oluşturacak içerik;
4) Bilgisayar virüsleri oluşturmak veya sağlamak, yasadışı silahlar yapmak veya
satın almak veya herhangi birinin özel hayatına zarar vermek gibi yasadışı faaliyetler
hakkında eğitici bilgi sağlayan içerik;
5) Herhangi bir marka, patent, telif hakkını, ticari sırrı veya herhangi bir tarafın
fikri ve mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden içerik. Özellikle, herhangi bir kişinin telifli
eserinin izinsiz veya yasadışı kopyasını kopya korumalı cihazları bozan bilgiler
sağlayarak, korsan bilgisayar programları veya bunları bağlantıları sağlayarak veya
korsan müzik veya korsan müzik dosyalarına bağlantıları sağlayarak teşvik eden içerik;
6) Bir kişi veya kuruluşu taklit eden veya diğer şekillerde Roomsuggestion da dahil
olmak üzere bir kişi veya kuruluşla olan ilişkinize dair yanıltıcı bilgi veren İçerik;
7) Talep edilmeden gönderilen promosyonlar, “önemsiz posta” “zincirleme mektup”
aktarımı, toplu e-mailler veya “istenmeyen e-postalar” siyasi kampanyalar, çekilişler
yarışmalar, reklamlar veya sponsorluklar;
8) Önceden alınan yazılı izin olmaksızın, reklam, yarışmalar, takas, çekilişler
ve piramit şeması gibi ticari aktiviteleri ve/veya satışları içeren içerik;
9) Soyadı (aile adı), adres, sosyal güvenlik numaraları, telefon numaraları, elektronik
posta adresleri, ve kredi karı numaraları da dahil fakat bunlarla sınırlı olmamak
üzere üçüncü kişilere ait özel bilgiler;
10) Kısıtlı veya sadece şifreyle giriş yapılabilen sayfalar veya gizli sayfalar
veya resimler (başka bir erişim sağlanan sayfaya bağlanamazlar);
11) Virüsler, bozuk veriler veya diğer zararlı, bozucu veya tahrip edici dosyalar;
12) İçerik’in bırakıldığı İnteraktif Alanlar’ın konusu ile ilişkisiz olan İçerik;
veya
13) Roomsuggestion’nın münhasır takdir hakkına bağlı olarak, (a) yukarıdaki bentleri
ihlal eden, (b) sakıncalı olan, (c) diğer bir kişinin İnteraktif Alanları veya Site’yi
kullanmasını veya bunlardan yararlanmasını engelleyen veya sınırlandıran veya (d)
Roomsuggestion’ı veya kullanıcılarını herhangi bir türden zarara veya mali yükümlülüğe
maruz bırakabilecek olan İçerik veya bu İçerik’e yönelik linkler.
Roomsuggestion, sizin veya üçüncü kişilerin koyduğu, sakladığı veya yüklediği bir
İçerik veya bunların maruz kalabileceği zarar veya ziyanlar ile ilgili olarak mali
veya diğer hiç bir sorumluluk üstlenmemektedir ve Roomsuggestion, karşılaşabileceğiniz
hatalar, karalamalar hakaretler sahtekarlıklar iftiralar müstehcenlik, ihmaller,
pornografi veya sövgülerden ötürü bir yükümlülüğe sahip olmayacaktır. Bir interaktif
hizmet sağlayıcısı olarak, Roomsuggestion, kullanıcılarının herhangi, kişisel giriş
sayfasında, halka açık forumlarda veya diğer bir İnteraktif Alan’da sunmuş olduğu
beyanlardan, ifadelerden veya İçerik’ten ötürü bir yükümlülüğe sahip değildir.
Roomsuggestion’ın, İnteraktif Alan aracılığıyla ilan edilmiş veya dağıtılmış olan
İçerik’i taramak, düzeltmek veya izlemek gibi bir yükümlülüğünün olmamasına karşın,
Roomsuggestion, Site’ye koyulan veya Web Sitesin’de saklanan bir İçerik’i herhangi
bir zamanda ve herhangi bir nedenle tarama, kaldırma veya düzeltme hakkını saklı
tutmakta ve bu bakımdan mutlak bir takdir yetkisine sahip bulunmaktadır ve masrafları
tamamen size ait olmak üzere, Web Sitesi’ne bırakılan veya Web Sitesin’de saklanan
bir İçerik’in yedek kopyalarının alınması veya yenisi ile değiştirilmesi tamamen

kullanılmasını gerekli kılmadığınızı; (ii) Roomsuggestion veya lisans alanları,
halefleri ve devralanları tarafından İçerik’in modifiye edilmesine, yayımlanmasına,
kullanılmasına, istifade edilmesine ve silinmesine bir itirazınızın bulunmadığını;
(iii) İçerik üzerinde bir eser sahibinin sahip olduğu bütün manevi haklardan gayri
kabili rücu şekilde feragat ettiğinizi ve bunlara ilişkin olarak bir tazmin veya
hak talebinde bulunmamayı kabul ettiğinizi; ve (iv) söz konusu manevi haklar nedeniyle
diğer şekillerde Roomsuggestion’a karşı yapabileceğiniz tazmin taleplerinden Roomsuggestion’nı
ve lisans alanlarını, haleflerini ve devralanlarını daimi olarak ibra ettiğinizi
beyan etmektesiniz. Yukarıda belirtilen hükümler ihlal edilecek tarzda İnteraktif
Alanlar’ın veya Site’nin diğer kısımlarının kullanılması, bu Site Koşullarının bir
ihlalini teşkil etmektedir ve diğer hususların yanı sıra, İnteraktif Alanlar’ı ve/veya
Site’yi kullanma haklarınızın sona erdirilmesi veya askıya alınması ile neticelenebilecektir.
Meşru resmi talepler, mahkeme celpleri veya kararları açısından işbirliğine gitmek,
Roomsuggestion’ın sistemlerini ve müşterilerini korumak veya Roomsuggestion’ın işletmesi
ve sistemlerinin güvenilirliğini ve faaliyetini sağlamak amacıyla, Roomsuggestion,
kullanıcı profili bilgileri (isim, elektronik posta adresi, vs.), IP adreslemesi
ve trafik bilgileri, kullanım geçmişi ve ilan edilen İçerik de dahil fakat bunlarla
sınırlı olmamak üzere gerekli veya uygun gördüğü bilgilere erişimde bulunabilecek
ve bu bilgileri ifşa edebilecektir. Roomsuggestion'ın söz konusu bilgileri ifşa
etme hakkı, Roomsuggestion’ın Gizlilik Politikası’nın içerdiği koşullara göre önceliğe
sahip olacaktır. Müşteriler, üyelikleri süresince meydana gelen Web Sitesi’nin kullanımına
ilişkin tüm haklarının Roomsuggestion’a mahfuz olduğu takdirde, üyeliklerini herhangi
bir zamanda iptal etmeye yetkili olduklarını kabul ederler.
OTELE GİRİŞ ÖNCESİ AĞIRLAMA HİZMETİ
Otele Giriş Öncesi Ağırlama Hizmetimizi (Pre Check-in Concierge (PCC) Service) kullanmanıza
ilişkin olarak tüm sorumluluğun yalnızca ilgili otelde olduğunu, otel tarafından
talebinize cevap verilmemesi veya talebinizin yerine getirilmemesi halinde RoomSuggestion’ın
hiçbir sorumluluğunun bulunmayacağını kabul ve taahhüt etmektesiniz.
SEYAHAT NOKTALARI
Uluslararası noktalara yapılan seyahatler de dahil olmak üzere seyahatlerin büyük
bir kısmının kazasız olarak tamamlanmasına karşın, diğerlerine nazaran belirli destinasyonlara
yapılacak seyahatler daha yüksek riskler içerebilmektedir. Roomsuggestion, seyahatçilerin,
uluslararası destinasyonlar için seyahat rezervasyonları yaptırmadan önce, yahut
duruma göre yerel kaynaklar ve gidilecek ülke hükümetlerinin seyahat yasaklarını,
uyarılarını ve duyurularını incelemelerini önermektedir. Belirli uluslararası noktalara
seyahat edilmesine ilişkin bilgileri vermek suretiyle, Roomsuggestion, bu türden
bir destinasyona yapılacak seyahatin önerilir olduğuna veya risk taşımadığına dair
hiçbir beyan veya taahhütte bulunmamaktadır ve söz konusu destinasyonlara seyahat
edilmesinden doğacak zarar veya ziyanlardan sorumlu değildir.
YÜKÜMLÜLÜKTEN İMTİNA
Bu Web Sitesinde yayımlanan bilgiler, yazılımlar ve hizmetler yanlışlıklar veya

feragat eder.
İşbu Sözleşmede hiçbir şey Roomsuggestion’nun (i) ihmal sonucu oluşan ölüm veya
kişisel yaralanmalar (ii) hile; veya (iii) kasıtlı ihmal veya ağır kusur (iv) uygulanan
hukuk altında herhangi bir yükümlülüğüne ilişkin sorumluluğu kapsam dışında bırakmayacak
veya kısıtlamayacaktır. Yukarıda anlatılanlar çerçevesinde, Roomsuggestion (memurları
ve yöneticileri dahil); hiçbir koşul altında, ister akde, bir ihmal nazariyesine,
kat’i mali yükümlülüğe, haksız edime, ister başka bir hususa bağlı olsun, Roomsuggestion
söz konusu zararların olasılığı konusunda bilgilendirilmiş olsa dahi (bu web sitesinde

TAZMİNAT
• Bu Sözleşme’yi veya bu Sözleşme’de referans yapılan dokümanları ihlal etmeniz;
• Bir yasayı veya üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmeniz; veya
• Bu Web Sitesi’ni kullanmanız
neticesinde üçüncü kişilerin ortaya koyacağı bütün tazminat talepleri, dava gerekçeleri,
rücular, para cezaları, zararlar, cezalar veya makul hukuki ücretler ve muhasebe
ücretleri de dahil fakat bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere diğer maliyetler ve giderler
için Roomsuggestion’ı ve bunların yöneticilerini, çalışanlarını ve acentelerini
müdafaa ve tazmin etmeyi kabul etmektesiniz.

lisans sözleşmesinin (“Lisans Sözleşmesi”) içerdiği koşullara tabidir. Öncelikle
Lisans Sözleşmesi koşullarını kabul etmeksizin, bir Lisans Sözleşmesi ile birlikte
verilen veya bir Lisans Sözleşmesi’ni ihtiva eden bir Yazılımı kuramaz veya kullanamazsınız.
Bu Web Sitesi’nden indirilmek için mevcut kılınan fakat kendisi ile birlikte bir
Lisans Sözleşmesi’nin verilmediği bir Yazılım için, işbu Sözleşme ile, bu hüküm
ve koşullara uygun olarak bu Web Sitesi’ni görüntülemeniz ve diğer şekillerde kullanmanız
için Yazılımı kullanmak ve başka bir maksatla kullanmamak üzere kullanıcı olarak

PARA BİRİMİ DÖNÜŞTÜRÜCÜ
Döviz kurları, kamuya açık çeşitli kaynaklara dayanmaktadır ve yalnızca bir kılavuz
olarak kullanılmalıdırlar. Döviz kurlarının doğrulukları teyit edilmemektedir ve
fiili kurlar farklılık gösterebilecektir. Döviz kuru kotaları günlük bazda güncellenmeyebilecektir.

işaretleri; Roomsuggestion ve/veya tedarikçilerinin veya lisans verenlerinin tescilli
ve/veya genel hukuk kapsamındaki ticari markalarıdır ve Roomsuggestion’nın veya
ilgili ticari marka sahibinin önceden vereceği yazılı izin olmaksızın, belirsizlik
yaratmak da dahil, kısmen veya tamamen kopyalanamaz, taklit edilemez veya kullanılamazlar.
Ayrıca bütün sayfa başlıkları, özgün grafikler, buton simgeleri ve skriptler de
dahil olmak üzere Web Sitesi’nin dizaynı, görünümü ve yapısı, Roomsuggestion’nın
hizmet markası, ticari markası ve/veya ticari takdim şeklidir ve Roomsuggestion’nın
önceden vereceği yazılı izin olmaksızın kısmen veya tamamen kopyalanamaz, taklit
edilemez, çoğaltılamaz, yayınlanamaz, sunulamaz, dağıtılamaz veya kullanılamazlar.
Site’de zikredilen diğer bütün ticari markalar, tescilli ticari markalar, ürün isimleri
ve şirket isimleri, tanımlayıcı işaretler veya logoları, bunların sahiplerinin mülküdür.
Ticari isim, ticari marka, imalatçı, tedarikçi ismi yoluyla veya diğer şekillerde
bir ürüne, hizmete, işlemeye veya diğer bilgilere yapılan referanslar, bunların
Roomsuggestion tarafından onaylandığı, sponsorluğunun üstlenildiği veya tavsiye
edildiği şeklinde yorumlanmayacaktır.
Bu Sözleşme’de zikredilen diğer logolar ve ürün ve şirket isimleri, bunların sahiplerine
ait ticari markalar olabileceklerdir.
YASADIŞI İÇERİK İÇİN BİLDİRİM VE KALDIRMA POLİTİKASI
Roomsuggestion “bildirim ve kaldırma” temelini yürütmektedir. Eğer bu Web Sitesi
de yer alan kullanıcı mesajlarını da içeren içerikle veya malzemeye itirazınız varsa
veya haklarında şikayetleriniz varsa veya bu Web Sitesi’nde yer alan şeylerin veya
içeriğin telif hakkınızı ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsanız, lütfen hemen bizimle irtibata
geçiniz. Roomsuggestion makul süre içinde yasadışı içeriği kaldırmak için gerekli
bütün çabayı sarf edecektir.
DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
Kanuni olarak veya genel düzenlemeler veya teknik amaçlar veya site düzeni veya
sitenin doğasından kaynaklı hizmette değişiklikler nedeniyle gerekli görülürse Roomsuggestion
kendi takdirinde olmak üzere zaman zaman işbu Sözleşmeyi veya bunların belli bölümlerini
değiştirebilir, bunlara ekleme yapabilir veya bunları silebilir. Bundan sonra, değişiklik
yapılmış işbu Sözleşmeyle bağlı olduğunuzu açıkça kabul etmektesiniz. Roomsuggestion,
hizmetin görünümünü özelliklerin, veri tabanının veya içeriğin geçerliliği de dahil
olmak üzere herhangi bir zamanda değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya durdurabilir.
Roomsuggestion aynı zamanda yetkisiz girişi, veri kaybını veya veri azalmasını veya
işbu Sözleşme hükümlerinden herhangi birinin, hukukun veya düzenlemenin ihlalini
kendi takdirinde olmak üzere engellemek için belirli özelliklere veya hizmetlere
limit koyabilir veya Site’nin tamamına veya bir kısmına girişiminizi herhangi bir
ihbar yapılmaksızın veya teknik veya güvenlik nedenlerden dolayı yükümlü olmaksızın
kısıtlayabilir. Sizin bu Web sitesi’ni kullanmaya devam etmeniz veya herhangi bir
değişiklik bildirimini takip etmeniz bu değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına
gelecektir.
GENEL
Bu paragraf da dahil olmak üzere bu koşulların içerdiği hükümlerin tamamına işlerlik
kazandırmayan bir yargı bölgesinde bu Web Sitesi’nin kullanımı yetkisizdir. Bu Sözleşme
veya bu Web Sitesi’nin kullanımı neticesinde siz ile Roomsuggestion arasında bir
ortaklık, ortak girişim, temsilcilik, acentelik, veya istihdam ilişkisi tesis edilmediğini
kabul etmektesiniz.
Bu Sözleşme’yi ifa etmemiz meri yasalara ve yasal süreçlere tabi bulunmaktadır ve
bu Sözleşme’de yer alan hiç bir şey, yasa yaptırım kurumlarının veya diğer resmi
ve yasal kurumların taleplerine veya bu Web Sitesi’nin kullanılmasına veya bu kullanım
ile ilişkili olarak bize sunulmuş olan veya bizim topladığımız bilgilere ilişkin
koşullara riayet etme hakkımızı sınırlandırmamaktadır.
Yukarıda yer alan garanti feragatleri ve yükümlülüğün sınırlandırılmasına ilişkin
hükümler de dahil fakat bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere işbu Sözleşme’nin herhangi
bir hükmünün meri bir yasaya istinaden geçersiz veya yaptırımsız olduğunun tespit
edilmesi durumunda, geçersiz veya yaptırım gücünden uzak hüküm, orijinal hükmün
niyetine en yakın olan geçerli ve yaptırıma tabi tutulabilir diğer bir hükümle değiştirilmiş
addedilecek ve işbu Sözleşme’nin diğer bütün hükümleri yürürlükte ve geçerli olmaya
devam edecektir.
Bu Sözleşme (ve işbu Sözleşme’de atıfta bulunulan diğer hüküm ve koşullar), bu Web
Sitesi ile ilgili olarak siz ile Roomsuggestion arasındaki yegane mutabakatı teşkil
etmektedir ve bu Web Sitesi ile ilgili olarak müşteri ile Roomsuggestion arasında
var olan elektronik, şifahi veya yazılı formdaki eski veya eş zamanlı diğer bütün
iletişimlerin ve tekliflerin yerini almaktadır. Bu Sözleşme’nin ve elektronik formda
yapılan bir bildirimin matbu bir versiyonu, matbu formda olmak üzere orijinal olarak
oluşturulmuş ve saklanmış diğer işletme belgeleri ve kayıtları ile aynı derecede
ve aynı koşullara tabi olmak üzere, işbu Sözleşme ile ilgili olarak adli veya idari
takibatlarda kabul edilebilir nitelikte olacaktır.
Bu Şartlar ve Koşullar hem İngilizce hem Türkçe olarak düzenlenmiştir. Sizin işbu
Sözleşme altında belirttiğiniz spesifik Şartlar ve Koşullar Roomsuggestion tarafından
tek tek saklanmayacaktır.
İşbu sözleşmeden kaynaklanan tüm uyuşmazlıklarda Türk hukuku uygulanacak ve Istanbul
Merkez mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkili olacaktır. Web sitesi her an güncellenmiş
durumda olmayabilir. Herhangi bir kanuna göre sürekli güncellenme zorunluluğu da
bulunmamaktadır. Bu Web Sitesi’nde zikredilen insanlar, şirketler, karakterler,
ürünler ve/veya verilerin kurgusal isimlerinin herhangi bir gerçek kişiyi, şirketi,
ürünü veya etkinliği temsil etmesi amaçlanmamaktadır. Bu Sözleşme ile açık bir şekilde
verilmemiş olan bütün haklar saklı tutulmaktadır.
